DOMAINE DU MARGALLEAU
Domaine du Margalleau has 26 hectares planted entirely in chenin blanc and produces all four varieties of Vouvray plus a sparkling wine. Jean Michel and Bruno Pieaux are the fourth generation from this family to be producing these wines. The vineyard is south facing and sits on the edge of the Loire River and the vines are planted in soft soils known as Tuffeau.
